Opportunities Provided by Uzinfocom for Youth and it Specialists in Uzbekistan
Abstract
Uzinfocom acts as Uzbekistan's only coordinator for state information systems since its start in 2002. Duties cover management of digital structures. Chances open up for young people and IT experts through specific projects, classes, fieldwork, and overseas links. Overview includes Uzinfocom's part in raising digital know-how, strengthening talents, and pushing career steps in Uzbekistan's widening IT area. Link ties to the aim of making Uzbekistan Central Asia's main IT base by 2030. Use of trusted materials, like government pages, World Bank and UNDP papers, along with research overviews, points out actions such as Ustudy IT Academy, HealthTech AI Hackathons, and ties with IT Park and Uzum Company. Shortages get checked in zones covering code work, online guards, AI, and data study. Joiner counts grow, seen in English for IT groups hitting over 250 joiners and lifting certs by 30 percent, tied to job making and export jumps. Review handles science and money results on a brain-based economy, dropping youth no-jobs by 15-20 percent, and pushing fairness for women and country folk. Zone differences bring problems, calling for better world hooks, AI funds, and hand-held aids. Uzinfocom's work builds up teens and pros, moving steady digital change and world place. Link also joins Uzinfocom to Uzbekistan 2030 Plan, putting stress on electronic shift and teen focuses. Actions like Cyber Summer Camp and U.S. Embassy bonds allow shares and meetings. Ends show over 500 teen spots in BPO places, thousands set with IT abilities, and deal amounts going up from 1.0 to 5.1 trillion sums over 2020-2022. Pluses cover oversight, races, and Uzbekistan Connect for far-away group join, with push on steady check and changes to fit growing tech calls and group wins. Fresh parts add the One Million Coders push, with 571,293 sign-ups since January 2025, and GBSF 2025 talks on U.S. digital bonds, plus UNESCO's August 2025 AI ethics start for right tech use.
