This article provides a scientific analysis of the mutual integration of cotton raw material production and its processing within cotton–textile agro-clusters, as well as the prospects for developing this integration. Particular attention is paid to the efficient use of land and labor resources within agro-clusters and to deepening the value chain from cotton cultivation to the production of finished goods. In addition, the study substantiates the possibilities of increasing economic efficiency, creating added value, and enhancing competitiveness as a result of the coordinated interaction between production and processing processes. The research findings have practical significance for making strategic decisions aimed at the sustainable development of cotton-textile agro-clusters.
