Abstract

This article examines the socio-philosophical relationship between tourism, cultural identity, and globalization. The study analyzes the impact of globalization on tourism development, intercultural communication, and the preservation of national values. Particular attention is given to the role of tourism as a means of promoting cultural heritage, strengthening international cooperation, and fostering mutual understanding among nations. The findings indicate that tourism contributes significantly to economic growth, cultural exchange, and social development while simultaneously creating challenges related to cultural homogenization and the preservation of national identity. The article emphasizes the importance of sustainable tourism policies that balance global integration with the protection of local traditions and cultural heritage.
