Innovation-Driven Competitiveness of The Service Sector in The Era of Artificial Intelligence

This article examines the innovation-driven competitiveness of the service sector in the era of artificial intelligence. The study explores the role of artificial intelligence technologies in enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, customer experience, and sustainable business development. Comparative, analytical, and systematic research methods were employed to assess the relationship between artificial intelligence, innovation, and competitiveness within the service sector. The findings indicate that the integration of AI-based solutions contributes significantly to productivity growth, service personalization, cost reduction, and the creation of competitive advantages. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of digital transformation and innovation-oriented strategies in strengthening the long-term competitiveness of service enterprises. Based on the research findings, practical recommendations are proposed to support the effective implementation of artificial intelligence technologies and foster sustainable development in the service sector.
