Ensuring Financial Stability Of The Business Entities
Abstract
The article examines the mechanism of formation of financial resources of enterprises and ensuring their stable development. Methodological approaches capable of ensuring stable development of enterprises are summarized in more detail. The experience of enterprises in the field of employee incentives is summarized, the need for investing free cash from the population in the enterprise fund and thereby creating additional jobs and ensuring growth in employee income is noted. Specific proposals for ensuring financial stability of enterprises are given
