Key Directions for Diversifying Services in Communication Enterprises and Enhancing Their Economic Efficiency
Abstract
In the context of rapid technological advancements and increasing market competition, communication enterprises are compelled to diversify their services to meet growing consumer demands and ensure sustainable development. This paper explores the main directions for service diversification in the telecommunications sector, such as the integration of digital platforms, cloud services, and value-added solutions. It also analyzes the economic benefits of diversification, including revenue growth, improved resource utilization, and increased customer retention. The study emphasizes the importance of innovation, strategic planning, and investment in modern infrastructure to boost overall economic efficiency.
